Hello Everyone....
The weekend is over for me and we have slipped into daylight saving...ugh..
Now you try explaining to "My SPECIAL Ladies"..WHY!!!
After about 15 questions each on whether we go forward or back..I was so confused myself I couldn't remember either..lol..and one of the questions was "Well, what time should I go to bed"..lol..oh dear...I hope my brain keeps going relatively normal for a few more years yet..
So a new week at MAKE IT MONDAY is about to begin, and my schedule time has to change...so have turned my time list over, so hopefully I get it right..
Congratulations to last weeks winners and there were so many beautiful cards and projects to look at, that my POTW had to be a 'pick a number ' from the hat..
But first I would like to share my card using a fabulous image from our sponsor..

I had sooo much fun colouring and paper piecing this image, I just love it..
The image is called Autumn Friends ...and I coloured with Faber Castell pencils..then paper pieced the scarecrow's hat..shirt..with Authentique "Gathering" papers...and the gloves..scarf and heart with plain red cardstock.
Raffia from my stash and big "Hello" chipboard stickers..
For my POTW out of the "Too hard to choose on my own hat"...

Isn't this lovely...a simple design which would have taken me three weeks to make..lol..but so very effective..love the gems...thanks for sharing with us Maudieroff..
So away we go...plunging into another week of craftiness...

Oh my word Chrissy this is gorgeous what a fabulous image! Love the addition of real acorns! I always remember fall backwards spring forward as if you are jumping but I think it is the reverse for you???? Have a great day whatever time you get up at lol!! Susan xx
I love your card, Chrissy! You've put so much into the details, I especially like the addition of the acorns and raffia. Also, I think you did a fantastic job with that image, combining coloring and paper piecing. A lovely card for autumn!
