Hello Everyone...
A very wet and windy day here in NZ today...but not cold, so that was good..we had thunder and lightening last night and I was boy sitting my youngest G/son...we didn't see the lightening as we were in the closet...lol..and I told him I was just pretending to be scared to make him laugh...NOT!!!
It lasted for 3 hours or more, and I hated it...poor Harry was beside himself and squeezed in the closet too..lol..what a night.
But today the thunder has gone..still raining very hard and such fun jumping in puddles like a big kid...and you always look like the doting Nana when you have a young boy with you doing it too...oh! if only people really new me...
Today we have a new FLUTTER BY WEDNESDAY challenge up...and this week we want to see Thanks/Be Thankful..
Awww....my Country Companions Mouse....with his paper pieced jumper and boots using Authentique "Endless and Fair Weather"....
A bright blue sky with big fluffy clouds...inked up using distress ink 'Broken China"
The wee Mouse was a clear set from Country Companions and coloured with Faber Castell pencils...The sentiment was a freebie from a magazine....
Decorated the inside to match and added some twine onto the sentiment.

"Oh so cute" is an understatement. This is too, too cute! You've done a FAB job with those clouds -- something I haven't quite mastered to my satisfaction -- and I so luv the clothing paper piecing and how it ties to your background. Another top notch card from you, my friend!
