JUST A FEW PICCIES OF WORK IN PROGRESS

Hello Everyone...

Just wanted to share a few pictures of what is happening at home...promise not to ramble on...but lots of photos...

It all started with ugly trees gone wild....and a bit of a dumping ground...

So ashamed of it all...

So had the trees removed my an expert as I just couldn't do it..and so reasonable...BUT..left me with an ugly fence!!

There is my new neigbour...helping to put up a new fence..[he's lovely]

And there is the fence...all strong, straight and so purdy...

All painted up and getting ready for planting....

And look at it now...so much better ...

My gorgeous dahlias which just had a dumping of rain so looking a bit limp...
I'm sure next year they will be more spectacular and the garden will be lot more lush as I did not plant a lot this year..

So I'm a happy gardener again...something I lost when my husband died..but very happy to have started over again....even the grass has grown and gone green...

Thanks for stopping by and having a peek...cant wait for winter to put my bulbs down..

See you tomorrow..

luv CHRISSYxx

Chrissy, this is just gorgeous!!!!! I love the fence you finally have but the flowers and greenery make it so beautiful. Know you're happier now and it's easy to see why. What a lovely place.

Hi Chrissy wow so glad I scrolled down to see what I have missed with grandsons being here. What a fab job on your garden you wouldn't believe the transformation it has made. Too many slugs in my garden for dahlias but I love them they are so bright and cheerful. Susan x

Oh wow, what a beautiful update to your yard. Please enjoy the beautiful weather. We have 12 inches of snow on the ground and it hasn't been above freezing in 3 weeks..actually above 23. Want to trade locations for a week? LOL
