Hello Everyone..
My commenting has been sporadic lately as I have had a tummy bug..ugh!!
My youngest son [the baby..34] had an emergency operation for burst appendix..and not very well in an out of town hospital...so it is difficult to cope with.
"My Lady - model 2".. went to hospital today...so very sad as she wont be coming home...she will have to go into care...I found her today in a very sad state..disorientated...flailing her arms about and slurring...so she's gone...
Now I'm nearly destitute with loosing all those hours and being forced to take every other weekend off...more hours lost...just not sure whats going to happen now.
BUT!!...on the bright side..I have pineapple lumps in my lolly jar...my bug has gone..and I even made a card...yay! for Mr Mojo..he came back..
I love this image and totally forgot I had it..just cannot remember where he came from...but he was coloured with Faber Castell pencils...the bright sky with distress inks and a sponge.....
The sentiment I made on the PC... and this card was for a clients husband.[.he has issues]..

great man's card Chrissy - love the layout and colours. I do hope things improve for you soon - it always feels as though things come in waves with one thing after another, but hopefully things will turn brighter soon. Hope you & your son feel better soon.

Oh dear. I am sorry the hear you have been unwell and that your son is in hospital, I hope he makes a good recovery. Sorry about one of your ladies going into care too.

Firstly, sorry about your losing your charges. That would be, I imagine, one of the draw-backs to your profession. Secondly, glad your tummy is feeling better and you are on the mend. Lastly (but not least), fantastic card. You always work wonders with those coloured pencils and do such beautiful work! Take care.
Oh Chrissy that is such sad news to hear. I am so sorry about your lady and your son...what horrible luck. I do hope he's feeling better and I hope the ick stays clear of you for awhile. Your card on the other hand...AWESOME!!! A good reminder on that sentiment also. I should carry it in front of my face most days. That image comes from Karon's Doodles, called What a Swing. Only remember it from being on the DT. You did an AWESOME job with this. I miss her images!

Hi Chrissy what a fab card love that image, your sky is amazing must try with DIs. So sorry to see about your son it must be such a worry for you when you can't see him. I am sure he will make a good recovery, will just take longer. Pleased you are feeling better now and hope you enjoyed your pineapple sweets. Sorry that you have lost one of your ladies.
