Hello Everyone...
I'm so sorry if I have not been by but my PC starts roaring its head off on a lot of sites..the cooling fan I think...and then it shuts itself down...so annoying and having such trouble loading pictures too..it roars again and if I'm not quick enough editing it shuts down again..the poor old thing needs to be put out to pasture...but cannot afford another yet.
So time to share my card while Mr.PC is quiet...
I made this one just for fun ...
This wee fellow is from Pink Gem Designs and is called 'Winter Phillip'..I won him ages ago and only used him once...
Skin and hair coloured with Faber Castell pencils and his clothes with copics..shaded with pencils.
I used a cotton ball stretched till it fell apart for his fur trim on his hat and boots..added a pom pom on his hat.
The die is a Couture Creations Cameo oval die and I never liked it...but this time I embossed it first and the design came out and looked a bit more interesting...
The papers and pom pom trim from my stash and the snowflakes were punched and just added some fawn coloured pearls..

Hi Chrissy sorry you are having pc problems what a nuisance and they are not cheap!! Fabulous card love the fur trim and your oval die looks fab, maybe you will use it more now?? It was 25 here yesterday - bizarre!! We went out with some friends for tea last night and her parents who are over from New Zealand they are heading back Sunday so nice to have two summers in one year!! Susan x

I missed you! I took a few weeks off from crafting and just putzed around the house and did other stuff and it's amazing what you miss when you're gone, but I have to admit...I didn't miss the roaring and whirring of my computer noises either! Sorry to hear yours is giving you fits, but so glad I get to see this handsome young man. I love that ball on his hat and the 3D elements you always add.
I'm off to peruse your blog and see what I missed! Probably won't leave too many comments and that could take me all day, but you'll know I was here when you see the trail of teeth and my jaw always hits the floor when I see your fabulous cards.

CUTE!!! I love the pom poms on here and very creative using the cotton balls on his hat! In fact, I just love the entire card!!!

The image is super cute with the fur trimmings! I think that the oval placed slightly over the edge at the top of your card is a. Ice twist to a square design.
Ps: your computer may live a bit longer if you turn it in for a clean up. Letting experts remove the dust might help, at least it will buy you some time until you're ready to get a new one...
Love this little cutie Chrissy the pom pom, fluff and the sparkly snowballs are fantastic, the papers and that frame look super, a brilliantly designed make.
