Hello Everyone..

Yesterday I made a boo boo and called my image "Ballerina Bobbi" was supposed to be "Ballerina Abi"...apologies to "All dressed up."

Another day is half way through here and had a cancellation for this afternoon so thought I would whip home  and put my vintage Christmas card up before I get my haircut.. I was asked to make this card and a 70th Birthday card for the same Lady...

The gorgeous image is from "The Graphics Fairy"...and it printed out so pink and I could not alter it.

Lots of stuff going on here...the papers are Couture Creations" Vintage Christmas"

The holly across the top is actually the baking paper I used to help get the  light cardstock out of the die...but it didn't work, so used the baking paper

Close up of image....

And the side view..everything was from my stash..the music brad from a candy I won a long time ago..the velvet brown bow from "My Lady"..

The large snowflakes were a cuttlebug die and cut them from the DP's..

So hope the lady likes it and I will show you the Birthday card tomorrow..

Thanks so much for stopping by...

Oh! great..a txt just came hairdresser just cancelled, so I will have to spend another woolly hair day ...cant get in until tomorrow...oh! well...I will just have to sit and colour for the afternoon till school pick can be so

See you tomorrow.

Its absolutely stunning, you sure know how to do vintage Chrissy. What a shame about the hairdressers, hate that. Though no woolly hair here, I could do with some of your off cuts lol.

I thought that looked like parchment baking paper. It's a brilliant idea Chrissy and totally adds an ethereal feel. I love this card and your Lady will too. Awesome inspiration!!!

That scene would melt your heart if you came around the corner and saw two wee ones looking up the fireplace. Absolutely love how you framed the image with your embellishment. Always fun to see what you use from your lady.
Sorry about the hair...but YEAH for coloring :)

Lots of things going on, yes, but i think it makes this card look interesting and so very beautiful. I'm really bad at this kind of design, it always ends up looking messy, I still haven't figured out if it's because I add too much or not enough.. Oh well.
