Hello Everyone..
No finished projects to share today but I made a good start on backgrounds with alcohol inks and my favourite water paints..not water paints.. Acrylic paints..with hits and misses, but a very relaxing afternoon and ready for my day off tomorrow..
First up...
Had the urge to make a circle of bark with masking tape..
All painted up and all ready to go..
Then tried rusting up cogs and things with just paint as I do not have the real stuff..and my modelling paste has gone all crusty.
My paint colours on the side there...
And it worked!!...[ I think]
Then why not leaves??..all the colours were there..so I die cut spellbinders leaves and painted them up too..
Ooo..dogs breakfast..no paint.
Love these leaves and have a project floating in my head for tomorrow..
Then tried to use up the paint on left over kraft card, as that is the card stock I used for the leaves and cogs...
And that was my Thursday afternoon..
Thank so much for stopping by..cannot wait to get started tomorrow..
Luv CHRISSYxx
