Hello everyone..
I also had a play with my Nuvo Shimmer Powders..jury still out on those,..
They do not seem to dry properly and my fingers and hands went pink, my cutting plates stained pink, and the back of my white cards were pink..lucky I like Pink.
A close up of the sweet perfect die cut Fairy..
I started with Canson water card stock..
And sprayed it to death with water and Shimmer powders..I love the shimmer just not the excess powder when it dries..
Anyway, it made a pretty background for my Fairy..
And was even better once I splattered with white ink..
I stamped the mushroom and coloured over the pink with markers and it came out pretty good..and the Fairy got a dose of Nuvo Aqua Shimmer on her wings..
So there we go, another Fairy done..I may do more yet because they are so sweet and the leafy dies are so perfect and cut so well for something so delicate..

Oh I think the pink fingers etc were worth it Chrissy for all that sparkle! I love this gorgeous card. I got one of those comments too Chrissy. Just deleted as not sure how to spam it.

Chrissy that is beautiful! I can see that it would be messy.
I find that the pinks and reds of any medium have a tendency to stick around - one reason why I tend to steer clear! But I love this pretty fairy card - the toadstool is wonderful and the garlands make a perfect frame.
