Hello everyone..
I have an Art Journal page to share today..and indigestion as I ate too much chocolate cake, serves me right.
I started off by ripping up magazine pictures and gluing them down..
A light coating of Gesso...
Some stamping with a brick wall stamp..
A load of white splatters...
And right in the centre this gorgeous serviette of two red robins sitting on a branch...
Added a few snowflakes die cuts...
Gesso around the edges..
And added chipboard letters...
and the sentiment is the best I could come up with..
So there you go..
Thank you so much for stopping by..
Luv CHRISSYxx

Its gorgeous Chrissy, its so nice to play sometimes and see what comes of it. I bought some gorgeous serviettes a while back and have spent more time than I care to say looking for them, but I am determined..haha..x

Awesome journal page Chrissy. Just love the way that turned out.
Fabulous AJ and loving the layers and use of serviette.x
Oh, that's delightful, Chrissy. I love the depth coming through from those torn magazine scraps in the background and then the frosty layers of snow and ice creating a perfect wintry background for your gorgeous robins. (Two of the robins in my garden are now brave enough to come and eat their food while I sit just a couple of feet away.). The intricate snowflakes are a perfect final layer to add joy to your winter page.

Really brilliant AJ page my friend! I love the collage of layers and that little birdie is so sweet! I love adding birds to my designs! I'm hoping to do more of these myself in the near future! TFS!!
I could not see where that page was going to from the first picture at all Chrissy. You are amazing!! I just love this one.
