Hello everyone,

The weather took a turn and I can breathe today, so much cooler and maybe, just maybe, we will get the rain we have been promised for weeks..the cat thinks it is going to rain as she is sitting on the chair right next to me while I'm typing, usually she wanders off and sleeps the day away somewhere else while it is so hot...

So, tag number two for Tag Tuesday..

This is how yesterday started off with all my elements set out and a list..

and decided a deck of cards would make a good sturdy base..

Added a few more all glued down with Multi medium matt gel..

Flipped it and trimmed it...

then painted it green..

Forgot to take photos for a wee while, but added some deep blue spray and rubbed it while still wet, then added some frantage embossing powder, but the tag was too thick for the heat to get through from underneath, so had to do it from a great height, but it still blue all over my desk and only little bits stuck on...

Then I used a stencil that Janette sent me, and I'm useless with stencils, and the numbers didn't show but at least I managed a neat pattern..

I had some huge numbers in my stash, painted then with Gesso then sprayed them, you guessed it, GREEN, and they did not match at all, they vanished into the background so I sprinkled on some gold embossing powder after stamping them with versamark and they sort of looked okay..

Added the left over brick wall card stock, just as it was, just cut it into bits, gold stars die cut out and diamond like gems for extra sparkle..

And a dimensional view..

And that's what happens when I takes me all that time, and I forget stuff and make mistakes, so no more rush I do like how this tag came out..

Thanks so much for stopping by, I have an awesome tag to share tomorrow..

Wow, another gorgeous tag, Chrissy. Great idea to use playing cards as a base. Love the big numbers on top. Just slow down, life is going too fast.
Sending you lots of rain from here. I long for the sun.
