Hello everyone,
Typewriter die..I love it, and got better using it as time went on..
First time I hated how my glossy accents went inside the key holes..I hated how I glued my sentiment on instead of stamping it..I learned as I went and looking forward to making some more..
First off, I die cut the second flower set with water colour papers and water coloured the leaves in blue!..
Not sure why blue, but I liked themm
One flower in pink and one in yellow..
then weakened and cut leaves in green..
Cut my typewriter and then made the mistake of gluing the paper inside the carriage before I stamped..
and filled the key holes with glossy accents before I had given any thought..
And of course they sank!..
Picked out papers..
Glued then down..
And added the typewriter and flowers..and stuck on that sentiment..hmpf.
Love the flowers and water colours...
Found these key notes in my stash and printed them out in a good size so my die fit..
and cut them out..
And there we have a finished card..sentiment looks better after inking..
Thank you so much for stopping by..
I'll see you tomorrow..
Luv CHRISSYxx

This sounds more like my usual way of crafting. Trial and errors and in the end, a finished card:) Love your new stash, especially that typewriter, I think the glossy accent is a great detail and the letters you used for the sentiment are spot on for this card.
A fabulous card Chrissy and an amazing design. Love it!! Hope you are keeping well and warm. Big hugs, Carol S.xxxx

Isn't it great we are still learning at our age Chrissy!! Love your typewriter and think I might have that die somewhere! The earthy colours look so cool with it.
