Hello everyone,
I had my water paints out the other day, [probably three or fours months ago by now, but always say ' the other day' ]..anyway, had my paints out and wanted to try making a red flower...
It was one of those experiment days when you got it...lost it...got it...lost.
I really struggled and not sure why..AND, I never practiced what I preached..
if it goes wrong SPLATTER it..
Never the less I kept on going, die cut this awesome slimline background die
and added red cardstock behind it..
And it came out quite nice..
Added a sentiment from a paper pack from Paper Rose and pretty gems from Pretty Pink Posh..
and there is dimension but nothing that would upset the postie..
And there she is..
Those smaller flower centers were just white card and I made a heap of them for future projects, die cut the two of them at a time and coloured them and added dots..then coloured and sheet of card THEN cut them out and added dots when the penny dropped..but very handy as they fit on a lot of different Altenew flowers and even Tim Holtz flowers..
So there we go, thank you so much for stopping by and I'll see you tomorrow..
Luv CHRISSYxx
