HAPPY NEW YEAR...2022 WITH CLASSIC DESIGN...DT

 Hello everyone,

Well, we made it 2022, do you feel different...feel new...no, me neither, just another day in paradise..but really excited to get going on DT's, new challenges, new lists to follow, new adventures, so here we go with post one for CLASSIC DESIGN OPEN CHALLENGE  with a our sponsor..Ching-Chou Kuik  so many beautiful images there and so proud to share this little beauty with you...

This sweet girl is called Winter Snowflake

And I only barely coloured her..

her skin was with Faber Castel pencils...hair with markers..

Then simple blue shading on her dress..

blended it out..

Added some more....

and blended, using pencils here too...

Her wings I used lightgrey around the edges and blue in the icicle parts...

Found the papers in my stash and die cut heaps of these leaf branches in matt silver...

A simple frame and backed with silver stripe paper..

Fussy cut my Fairy, not too hard to do..

Then my memory went into a blast from the passed when I purchased these cheap tacky flowers that I thought I would never use and wondered why I even bought them..

But they were perfect for this project...the blue matched, they have silver in them..

A few more tiny flowers in a darker blue and silver leaves..

And it just came together..

Some beautiful sparkly gems here and there...

And there she is...
