Cone flowers...these flowers are so pretty and Honey Bee Stamps bought out a beauty die set..layers and big petals and easy to use..and I've showed them before, yesterday's post to be exact so why am I wafting?.. well, you know me, if I have a new die I thrash it at least 5 times in a row..
One die set four times over four days...here we go..
Sponging with distress inks..
Until it was quite covered but with white still showing through here and there..
Die cutting leaves and flower centers...
Petals getting layer up...
Lots of them all laying there just waiting their turn..
I was very excited at this stage..
Found gingham papers in a pretty green but it was too short..
So white card stock cut to size then scored which made paneling..
Made an oxide background to pop my window on..
And there we are..
Bit of dimension...
Love the layers..
And there we have it, all done with it's sparkly gems and gold and pink Birthday sentiment..
Thank you so much for stopping by..
Hope your week has been going well..
Challenges to enter....
Totally gorgeous, as always! Hugs, Valerie
