Hello everyone,
Time for a new challenge over at AS YOU LIKE IT and the theme this fortnight is..FAVOURITE FOOD..
I LOVE food, I eat it everyday!!..but my absolute favourite is Fish n Chips..
Here in New Zealand we are so blessed to have, what I think, is the best fish in the world..we have Gurnard and snapper, Grouper, Tarakihi, my Nana called Tarakihi the cleanest fish in the sea as they only eat shellfish , all just swimming out there in the ocean waiting to be caught..
So my project today makes my tummy growl...
So I went Net shopping for my images...[ net shopping, hee hee]
and found a few pictures I needed..
Colored my chips and used silver gel pen for the fish scales..
My fish all scaled up...not that I could eat this one with that cute expression and
looking at me..
Papers from stash...reminded me of a check table cloth..
And there we have a Fish n Chip card with a bottle of sauce, tartare sauce and lemon,
I have it all..
so there we go..

Brilliant take on the theme Chrissy- fish , chips and all the necessary accompaniments, down to the checked tablecloth! I couldn't eat that little guy either- I love fish but will only eat fillets- can't be doing with eyes on my plate!- For me fish and chips taste best by the sea!

Perfect fish and chips card Chrissiewith all the extras-don't like tomato sauce though I always have mayonnaise-the gingham paper is the perfect finishing touch-you always find just the right images too.

Speaking as a professional fish and chip eater Chrissy I can only agree that's its a meal right at the top of my hit list, the best by far coming from my local chippy, such yummy food ever... Anyways, I love your cute card and it's made me so hungry. Xx
