My Great Grandson Hadley turned 4 years old the other day, hard to believe but it is true..
This is his Birthday card in the making..
Sorted out all my dies and things I wanted to use...
and started the background with oxide inks..
Moving on to the rocks....cloud dies, grey card stock, screw them up tight..
be really mean to them, you need creases..
Open them up and you have rocks..
I needed dinosaurs, colourful and not too scary..
Mushrooms, most forest and jungle floors have mushrooms..
A cloudy sky...
Embossed with Cuttlebug swiss dot folder..
I needed palm trees so had a die for those and lazy inked them..
The layers going together on this 12 inch slimline card..
Fern tips were die cut and placed by the rocks...
A grass border and more rocks...
Then stomp, stomp, stomp the dinosaurs came..
The little googly eyed cuties..
The word " happy " die cut several times and glued together...
A white embossed stamped Birthday....
And it was done, and loved..phew..
I was at my Daughter todays Puppy sitting while family were working and sporting..
5 hours of puppy fun..not that they do much and when they finally did shut up Mum went outside to rest and play with big sister and I collapsed on the couch as I though I lost one...sheezzz...glad I only had today to worry about..
Thank you so much for stopping by..
