Hello everyone,
Time for another challenge for Little Red Wagon and our lovely Imke is hostess this week and her theme for challenge #673 is " BIRTHDAY"..
I had so much fun with this card..
The image was stamped in clear embossing ink, embossed in white and then I had some fun with Nuvo shimmer powders and water, lots of water...
When it was dry, I die cut it out with the matching die...
Also played with the extra flowers you get with the scraps..
Papers were odd, but worked..
Foam tape added behind the die cut..
This is a gorgeous stamp set called Beautiful Flowers from Simon Says stamp, and
it is really big..my card is 6x8 ..
Placed it top left..you can also cut the image into sections and have it over the edge
then trim it out....or??? [Sorry I started to wander with ideas]
Added butterflies all shimmered up too and stamped over the top with a crackle stamp..
some Altenew enamel dots...

Added a gold embossed Birthday sentiment and done.

Your flowers look gorgeous in their colors from your powders. The die must be really big, based on the measurements of your card. But it’s fun to go big sometimes. It turned out to be a lovely card.
Your card is absolutely stunning!! And what a fun technique for your pretty flowers! They turned out wonderfully!
