CHRISTMAS LANTERN..

 Hello everyone,

I just hung out another load of washing, on this very warm but slightly overcast day with light winds..but any excuse to use my machine, I'm having such a good time and it is FAST..

So while washing is washing, I sorted out some die cuts that were laying around and put them to use on a card..

I cut this lantern out for something, never used it, and it got buried in a little box of bits..
added a small candle inside and acetate behind the frame, you just cannot see it..

So coloured a yellow splotch onto some white card stock for a glow of flame.

Pulled out some die cuts, and also cut a couple of new ones..

Built some layers of red and gold and the white with the glow..

Added some foliage on the bottom and the 25 with a snowflake glued onto it..

There they are looking rather smart..

some silver snowflakes..

And these cute bells off a cake,
wish I had more, but these have been laying around for a while so
 time to use them up.

And there we have it..

Just a one off this time..

Thank you so much for stopping by
Back tomorrow and Thursday with DT projects, so will see you then..

Luv CHRISSYxx

Gorgeous card, love the lantern. My washing machine is ancient and very slow, but a new one is not on the programme yet! Hugs, Valerie
