Hello everyone,
I had a request for making a Birthday card for a keen traveler and had a lot of fun making this with free pictures, fussy cutting, die cutting, and stamping just a great time..
I started with stamps and stamped these neat postage
stamps many times in black ink onto tags..
Then dirtied up the edges..
Splattered them..
Then if that wasn't enough I smooshed them in water down distress ink..
Then I was happy..
Then layered this card up, with the globe die cut, printed loads of pictures and fussy cut them,
cut the New Zealand out, suitcases and film strip..
looks really thick but it wasn't as it had to be sent overseas, everything printed and cut in paper not card stock, that is the difference.
The inside! just a printed image and an oval die cut for writing on..
added " Happy Birthday" in gold embossing on black and the lettering to spell DAD.. and a disk at the bottom..
" Have a happy day"..
So there we go..
Thank you so much for stopping by..
I'll be back later with a DT project..
See you then..
Luv CHRISSYxx
