FAVOURITE COLOUR COMBO...DT

 Hello everyone,

Challenge time over at As You Like It  and this fortnight we are looking for your favourite colour combo and why?.. our hostess this fortnight is Lynne and our fabulous sponsor is...Last Minute Manda.. with a digi stamp set, and fabulous sets they are..

This is the set  the DT were given to use if they wanted to..

Gnomes Friends in the Garden

I went with blue and yellow as my favourite combo, you can be elegant, or summery, or cute, and I went with cute..of course..

So I decided to make a 4 x4 concentina booklet card.

So made six panels, plus a cover and added six blue matts..

Die cut a load of suns, fences, trees and grass borders..

These trees were going to be perfect as they are so quirky

 and go with the scenes I was making..

Printed and coloured my gnomes...

Then fussy cut them all out, not hard, they are not too fussy..

Set up a colouring station for the trees..

Coloured and glued together..

My tray is ready..

Starting to build my scenes..

They came together really easy and took no time at all to put together..

The cover just got clouds and a sun peeking out and die cut lettering.

See..

And then I NEEDED something else,

 so, one by one glued on those tiny leaves..

Made all the difference..

Here's the booklet opened up and all finished..

Planting the seeds..

watering them in..

Making sure there were bee's to pollenate.

Weeding and transplanting into pots..

Watching them grow and ready for picking..

and popping the flowers into a vase..
