BACK TO CHRISTMAS #5

 Hello everyone,

Well, now we have all settled down after that display of manly man in my last post I'm back to a few more Christmas..

and some dies from the past, my Marrianne design dies and have never figured out how to put the lamp together, so did it my way..

the seat also cuts so deep, so out came the baking paper for that, two times and glued together.

Cut the lamp top//

And added the fancy bit here with the die cut sign hanging off 

and stamped with LOTV Christmas sayings.

Then added the post, just trimmed a strip and glued it.

a couple of snow banks, shaded.

then the background panel in soft grey inked solidly around the edges

decided where the lamp post was to go and splattered it..

This is where my eyes could see something wrong,

 but my brain would not come out to play..

[the snow banks were too high and the proportion of

 ground and snow were not right..].

never mind I just kept going.

So I die cut this snowman and coloured him in and added his arms.

Die cut this little bird, he is so cute.

and popped him on the lamp above the sign ..

The snow covered seat placed under the lamp.

and the snowman looks so happy to be there..

 Another die cut sentiment sign along the bottom in red,

 to balance it up and bring in a bit more red...

A few punched out snowflakes in the sky and..

DONE!
