Hello everyone,
Time for Christmas card #8..
and more leftover paper scraps, which I love, and don't always want to use,,
But sometimes you gotta, so I matted them up..
and made 6 layers..
So, once they were glued down where I wanted them, I added another really old lace corner die, so pretty, and cuts so well..
Then I made white poinsettias, squeezed the petals to give them shape
and added wooden heart centers for a change, and gold embossed a lovely sentiment for a focal with the flowers..
Then out came the white ink and I went around the edges..AFTER..I had glued it down.
it was difficult and messy, so I thought, well, let's add modelling paste instead, and that was worse!!!
So I wipe it off, and well you can see what happened, and you know, I quite liked it..
So I splattered it with liquid white ink...
added the flowers and white berries...
and this gorgeous pine needle border was sent to me by Chrissy at Truly Chrissyxx
and was perfect for snipping and popping in between flowers etc, love it.
See, this flower looks so cosy and comfortable now..
Then I added a skinny red ribbon with gold edges tied in a bow..
Some white glass berries were popped in gaps..
It is dimensional, but being hand delivered so all is well...

and here she is...DONE!..
She looks pretty glamourous but really simple to make..

Lovely layering of the background paper and your flowers are so pretty with all that dimension and the heart centers, pretty corner piece and like how you have the ribbon around the sentiment!
