Back with another DT project and this time for " AS YOU LIKE IT " and theme is a fun one...
BUGS, FEATHERS, OR FUR.. well, as you know I LOVE my cat, Holly, but I used cat last fortnight and made this one I'm sharing today for another DT project, but got the challenge theme wrong so had to put it aside make another etc.etc.etc..ha ha ha..so it now is here, and to be honest one of my favourite bugs..
Bees..I love Bees and to see them in my garden on my herbs
and flowers just makes me happy..
So, after selecting papers and made a decision on the design, I was off..
Did my folds, added papers and my bees..
now I needed sunflowers..so...
I die cut them from the papers..
and it made a very interesting design on the flowers..
die cut and coloured some Bees..
added dots of Nuvo Crystal drops in the flowers centers...
and I took my time, each layer I let dry before adding more so the dots didn't run together..
and slowly filled the centers up.
glued them in place and added some Bees..
papers didn't match, but that is what I like.

You asked about the image on my blog, well she isn't that big really and she is a stick on but I always fussy cut round as I don't like the white bit around it, wish it was a transfer but I can't find on 'there' haha.. xx

A lady with the same loves as myself I to love watching the Bees in my mum's garden a garden that is mostly planted with perennial flowers that are specially for the wildlife. Seeing this creation has brought me so much joy Chrissy I love the Sunflowers great papers and super embellishments pure perfection in my eyes, well done

I love bees to! They have been busy lately in my yard pollenating flowers that turn into dragon fruit. Your card is gorgeous, wow, all those Nuvo drop centers are perfect.
