Hello everyone,
Gosh those few days went by in a blur and my posts stopped..busy, busy, busy,..
Back today sharing another projects using CD sleeves.
Sometimes if there is nothing in my mind and I need to do something, I make shakers..
and CD sleeves are a fun way as they are half done already..
My stencil and modelling paste..
Gives these..
Cut paper to fit...5x5 or just a smidgeon under that.
Line the back and top flap..
Don't stick it down yet!!!
Stuff them with these glass beads..which are
really moisture absorbers that they put in packages, I'm
given thousands of them, trust me, thousands.
Added some silver circle frames,
punched a hole in top corner and threaded silver thread..
Pocket at the back for gift card or just for writing..
And there we go..CD sleeves shakers for the tree or gift..
Hope you like them, and thank you so much for stopping by..
I'll try see you tomorrow..
luv CHRISSYxx

Oh wow these are really stunning shakers Chrissy! I absolutely love how clever you are with the packaging ideas! I never thought of using the moisture absorbers for shaker bits!! The snowflakes are beautiful with these gifts! Well done!
Terrific idea using the CD's as the shaker, great idea to use the moisture absorbers for the beads, now you are going to have me saving those now ;). Great idea with the little pocket on the back and like how you made them into hangers!
