Hello everyone,
I'm certainly not posting much lately am I, I've made a few things and will share soon, been doing some scrapbooking, but not much of that either as my finger tips have split and so very sorer, I leave the paper alone and they get better , touch paper and ZAP!! so trying to work with sticking plaster on 2 thumbs, and 3 fingers is not easy and I cannot peel my stickers...that hurts.
But to is LITTLE RED WAGON day, and I'm excited..
Our lovely girlfriend Kate is our hostess and her theme is " Tiny Dancer - include something tiny/small, like a mouse, ant, tiny embellishment..easy peasy..
I made a very bright and happy Birthday card and matching box..
and my tiny embellishment is there...
Here she is, a very tiny Ladybird
Card front..
The flowers were die cut, haven't used those in a while and I added black centers which they need and a half gold pearl..
there she is again..
card standing up inside the box..
and all the sentiments were die cut in the hot pink and gold..
Come and join us with your tiny thing..
Thank you so much for stopping by..
I hope to get into the swing of things again,
Luv CHRISSYxx

Sorry to hear about your poor sore fingers Chrissy, hope they soon heal, it must be very frustrating for you! Despite the difficulties you have produced a gorgeous card and box, so beautiful with those lovely colourful flowers and tiny ladybird.
xx
Absolutely gorgeous card and co-ordinating box, love the beautiful die-cut flowers and little tiny ladybird. Have you tried putting hand cream on before bed and sleeping in thin cotton gloves-might help against the paper drying your skin.

Hi, Chrissy! Using the textured layers in your flowers is pure genius! Such loveliness! I am sorry to hear about your fingertips. How frustrating that must be for the peeling and splitting to occur. I wish physicians could figure out what (in the papers) is causing that. Would you be able to use well-fitting, (disposable) gloves while crafting? It's not fair to have these weird things happen when we least expect them. In the meantime, thank you for sharing your amazing talent, AND thank you for still visiting my little blog. You brighten my days with your sweet comments.

Oh that sounds so painful Chrissy! Have you tried handcream and then put some disposable gloves on? My daughter have a lot of trouble with cracked skin on her hands and has used a lot of different creams but never got a cure unfortunately. I know there is one called stinky stuff which people seem to really like. Anyway probably nothing you haven't tried so I will just say your boxed card is absolutely beautiful and so colourful!
Chrissy, I learned something new today, I had no idea fingertips could split! I have dry cuticles constantly and that's annoying enough. And they do make my fingers sore. Wow, so sorry! Love the pink and gold of your card and Tim's flowers always nice. XOX
Chrissy, Iʻm so sorry to hear about your hands. It certainly does not affect your creativity and beautiful craftsmanship. What a gorgeous combo!
