New challenge time over at LITTLE RED WAGON where our JanR is hostess with the theme..
" Make it sew " - stitching, real or faux, die cuts, patterned paper etc and not only cards, you can make anything you want, just follow the theme..
Dies out ready..few scrap of card and paper, but there was something I needed and I knew
it was here somewhere..
there she is,
I found this image on the internet,
then lost it before I could save it after printing one or two out..
Think I can use this too..
Holly with a feather on her head, thinking, how degrading, I'm not amused.
die cut little tags from a scrap..
More peaceful now..
papers from way back...mixing and matching.
Gluing things together to make a collage..
wrapped the spool with thread and added the tag on the end..
card front ready to go..
The inside left, with pocket..stamped stitching..
right side for writing on, and stamped stitching..
and done!..
I added a gold embossed birthday sentiment for purchaser to add it on if they want too..
sometimes happy birthday is not what they want and you have to try and remove it, which is annoying and risky..

Fabulous, Chrissy!!! It's always so interesting to watch your creative process, too. Holly was doing a very good job there supervising.
Oh!! This is absolutely perfect for the challenge! I'm just loving the combination of images and papers (and even the feather on Holly's sweet head) that you've used. It all came together brilliantly!
I also heard that you recently celebrated a birthday. Happy belated birthday!!

Great collage of goodies to make up a lovely card. I like the touch wiht the thread onthe holder, the scissors and the buttons, so pretty!
It's just beautiful Chrissy and so well embellished! Love the added stitching too of course to tie it all together. Poor Holly lol.

Absolutely gorgeous design with the sewing theme in mind Chrissy! I love the form dress along with the tiny scissors...so cute! The shaker bits is so fun on this! I have to say that Holly has just as much fun as you in the craft room, I think! LOL
You stamped that stitching so well I thought it was real. Very nice collage from all of that and a shaker to boot. Bravo! xoxo
