ARCH CARD..

 Hello everyone,

I cannot believe that here in my hometown it is Friday, where did last week go and still I have not scrapbooked..mmmm...I better get on next week!!

I purchased a new die, an arch one , that I have wanted for such a long time, and now, I have one and went a bit crazy..as you do.

So first up is this card for a female, with a sewing theme..

After cutting the white bases and sticking them together with hinges of washi tape it was time to get out my  ( new ) sewing papers..

and cut them all a size lower than the base..

My hinges were music note washi, so pretty, and
all my dies came out to play..the scissors were cut
in silver, then the handles cut in red and glued on top..

and my stickers, love my stickers..

die cut buttons, the best ever as they die cut kind of thick if that makes, the
die are deep, so they come out embossed, maybe that's what I'm trying to say..

this is where you write a message, it's the last page.

I made a dangle charm with die cut scissor, small ones, in silver both sides.

Thread wrapped around a spool..

Girls on a cut circle with more buttons..

Concertina closing...

getting there...

almost...

and done, sitting on it's sage green envelope all ready to go..

thank you so much for stopping by..
I'll be back soon with a male arch card..

luv CHRISSYxx

Your arch concertina is fab and would also work fab on a card base. Love the scissors dangle and those button die cuts look real! I too have some arch dies and don't use them as often as I should. Hope you have enjoyed your weekend and now the whip cracks, get to scrappin'! LOL (Maybe don't take any more scrap work...or get more organized clients???? I had similar probs as a tax accountant lol). XOX

Such pretty sewing images, they work great with the arches. Like how you used the washi for the hinges.
