SOMETHING SIMPLE

 Hello everyone,

I played in my room ( everyday ) but,  on this day, I made these old book page ephemeras I suppose you could call them,  using stickers and things..but then decided to make a card with this one as it was so simple and mono coloured, so called it my neutral birthday card.

This is the inside, I always decorate the insides somehow, usually like this.

this is the front, quite boring, right.

This is one of the panels I made with faux stitching and inking and stuff..

Plonked it on and awwww...so pretty..

Added this ribbon which has a very light wire through the edges, very light, and twisted it on and dotted bits of glue so it would stick..
Then added a die cut daisy for the outside in a neutral colour too..

A simple gold embossed birthday sentiment and it was done.

I made heaps of these book page ephemeras some with coloured flower stickers,
Think I shared them before and another project coming up with those..

So there you go,
Thank you so much for stopping by..

School holidays here in NZ,  second week, and I'm having my Grandson Lorenzo tomorrow and Thursday, he's 11, so that should be fun, he still talks...
He doesn't grunt yet..

Gorgeous, I so love the torn layered look with the pretty flower. The faux stitching is a neat touch too. I do love the touch of the die cut flowers off to the side, that soft ribbon is a great thing to top it all off with. Enjoy the time with your grandson!
