CHRISTMAS SHAKE UP

 Hello everyone,

Sharing a Christmas shaker that nearly sent me into a spin of no return, I shook it, and the stuff fell out, I was so cross with myself, started over and it did it again..I didn't realize that the bag I was using for my shaker window had a hole or ten at the other end, I thought it was a sealed bag..anyway, it work out in the end..

Using my arch die ( love this die ), I cut out a window in  the card base.

Then glued the bag in place ready to fill it with my shaker bits..

Die cut a Santa picture..

filled my bag up..

and glued it inside..

die cut some snowflakes in music papers..

added a pocket with a tag on the backside..

added a music strip on the inside seam.

a die cut Merry Christmas in the music papers..

I love these cellophane bags with the snowflake print on it.

and there she is..

Thank you so much for stopping by..
See you soon..

Luv CHRISSYxx

The persistent wins, Chrissy! Those bags with the snowprint on are too cute. That arch die is so beautiful, think I want one too. The end result is very beautiful!

This turned out so beautiful Chrissy! I love that Vintage Santa so much and what a wonderful way to make the shaker with your cello bag already to go! Love everything about this!

That's gorgeous Chrissy a beautiful snowy shaker card- I always think it's a clever idea to use a cellophane bag for the shaker- but maybe not one with holes in...would have loved to have seen your face!

Oh my goodness I give you a lot of credit for not giving up on your shaker, I think I would have probably given up. I love that vintage Snowman with it and pretty snowflakes!

Yes those bags are cute and I wouldn't have noticed a tear on them. That really sucks that your first go around was leaky. But you made a fine redo! xoxo
