Hello everyone,
I'm so happy to be here sharing a project as a guest designer of at Creative Artiste Mixed Media challenge #121 as was so thrilled to be asked., thank you so much Andree.
This is my project, similar, granted, to what I've done before but when on as roll..
die cut my top hats and hat band..
added little gems inside, this guy is a high roller..
put them together and tucked the playing card ephemeras in the band..
made an inky playing card background..
lots of ink..
then stenciled with Monte Marte modelling paste,
lovely and soft this stuff and dries fast..
Once dry stated to add die cut alphas.
close up of paste and stencil.
all ready to put together..
and while on the roll, you make two..
This was my Grandsons birthday card and he loved it..
Thank you so much for stopping by..and if you are into your mixed media
do pop over and link up in their challenge..HERE
I'll see you again soon..
Luv CHRISSYxx

Nothing wrong with being on a roll with cards Chrissy especially when a composition works and these most definitely do. A multitude of mixed media from background to topper.. those die cut hat are fabulous with its blinged up hat band. A grand statement for a masculine card, many thanks for being a Guest Designer @ Creative Artiste this month and sharing your inspirational cards. Tracey x
