Hello everyone,
Time for Little Red Wagon and a new challenge with JanR as our fabulous hostess and her theme is..
LET'S Fly - anything that flies in the sky..
I weakened and bought this Tim Holtz 12x12 paper pad..
and cut into it..I know!
Steampunk die cut balloon and made the base out of gold card stock by cutting again.
added some Bee's and the girls face along with a number.
Dry embossed using my favourite embossing folder
some builders mesh..
lot of clocks and more numbers
and layered my cogs, gears and clocks up
Sentiment, or quote really, not added a sentiment as yet..
Close up of quote..
and close up of my stacked cogs and gears
and DONE!!
So there you go,
Come on over and join in HERE
Thank you so much for stopping by,
hope you are getting on or finished Christmas stuff, all my overseas ones are done, family done, special elderly ( the old lady says ) are done..and even my gifts are 99% done..I'm so proud.
See you soon..
Luv CHRISSYxx

OK, OK so you're organised for Christmas- stop showing off Chrissy, I am not one tiny bit jealous at all.... my plan is to panic at the last minute.
Love your gorgeous steampunk card, especially the fantastic hot air balloon you created.
xx
Love your steampunk hot air balloon!
Such a brilliant take on the challenge Chrissy! Love your ephemera elements, texture and fun wheels and cogs accents on this! Love the steampunk look of your card!

Oh, my! This vintage, steampunk creation is absolutely STUNNING! Bravo,Chrissy!!!
As you might expect, I am no where near to being ready for Christmas...Iʻm not even sure where my decorations even are. As for your card, it is gorgeous, so much to look at. Every time I do, I see something new and wonderful.
Builders mesh, love it. We call it drywall tape over here. And yes, I have a roll, "borrowed" from my hubby, lolol. This is a wonderfully grungy steampunk card and I love how you collaged the balloon! Kudos on being ready for Christmas. I must admit I'm in good shape myself but not too loud. May jinx it! haha xoxo
Fabulous Chrissy.
I agree with Chris, you are showing off my friend and its kinda not nice to those of us who have no clue which way is up right now..hahaha...Seriously though Chrissy, good for you, I wish I was abit more organised. I think this one is brilliant, I bet that paper is gorgeous quality, TH stuff you can't beat it and would you believe that many years ago I won a 12x12 pad of his and still have a couple of pieces left, can't use it, just can't hahaha how nuts am I..Anyway, I LOVE this its beautiful. xx
I have not even written my list of people I will be sending a card to yet, and the insides are not done yet, guess I need to get onto that soon :) The paper is so cool and I love the embossing and layering of all the goodies, love the sentiment with it!
Fabulous card, Chrissy! I adore that sentiment/quote!
