Hello everyone,
I'm back with the other tag inside a tag but this one is bigger..
I don't often use blue mainly because I've never found any
I really like, but these are delicious, sort of vintage blue.
but only 6x6 so..
I had to join them up pattern with pattern,
one of my favourite things to do.
added a Tim Holtz paper doll and gave her some
butterfly wings
The tag that slides inside had half a butterfly
and a big number...BUT
it was too small and dissappeared inside the big tag,
so I had to alter..
I just added a piece of card stock and used up scraps of paper
to cover it then a big number.
okay, the butterfly does not line up as well as my eyesight is rubbish
and I cannot line up most of anything..
but the hole reinforcing circles and black scrap of card stock hide the join pretty good.
and now it snuggles up really nice inside without vanishing inside.
added a ribbon tab top and done..
Thank you so much for stopping by..
See you soon..
Luv CHRISSYxx

Just beautiful Chrissy and those papers are too gorgeous!
I thought the butterfly was lined up like that for depth and I like it that way so don't worry about it Chrissy. Your tags are gorgeous, interesting and I love the mix of the blue patterns. xxx
Another beautiful hidden tag, love the papers and the little paper doll with the butterfly wings and the half butterfly looks fine to me -don't forget it's handmade not mass produced-it looks fine.

A gorgeous tag within a tag. Lovely project xxx
It's a real beauty Chrissy, must try this design sometime and you have Pinky have showcased so prettily. And just love the striking contrast of colours. Many thanks for joining us again at Tag-Along (and ATC's) challenge, we appreciate your support.

The layered blues are striking here, especially with the way you matched the patterns to extend the smaller papers. The paper doll with butterfly wings adds such a whimsical focal point, and the altered inner tag works beautifully with its larger number and scrap-built extension. The slight offset on the butterfly feels intentional, almost like a sense of movement, and the reinforcing circles finish the join cleanly. The whole tag‑within‑a‑tag design slides together so neatly and shows off those vintage blues in the best way.
These are pretty blues for sure, I love your ideas for the reinforcers that is a cool touch to the tags, cute girl with the butterfly wings. I think your lining up looks just fine, sometimes we can be too hard on ourselves, unless mine is off too so it looks right, LOL! Love it!
Wow, Chrissy, good save! And I do like those blue hues you chose, as well as your pattern groupings. A lovely tag-in-tag! Hope you are seeing a few signs of Autumn by now - always welcome when it's Summer! xoxo
