Hello everyone,
What to do on a rainy day, when there is no mojo and
orders are all done..
I MAKE EPHEMERA..
and decorate sticker pouches..
These pocket pouches had stickers in them nd
just too good to toss and didn't want to spend hours covering them.
so I used number stickers to cover the barcode
so quick and easy and then added little people stickers
that came inside the pouches
and done..
patterned paper is next and I made envelopes..
then these little things, I think I've used on already
but they make a fabulous pouch for the front of a journal, or inside,
I added a closure that I learned to make, but didn't,
these are shop bought and had them in my stash forever..
another envelope and this time I lined it and
dealt with the flap.
using a big brush marker from Faber Castel
I went around the edges to look like a black envelope.
made a punched circle closure and used a small velcro dot
and before the sun came out, I had all these to play with..
So there you go..
Thank you so much for stopping by..
I'll see you soon..
Luv CHRISSYxx

Wonderful pieces on their own or for compliment to a journal, xox
That sure looks like some fun play time on a rainy day, those pouches were pretty cool, great way to dress them up too! Lovely dressing up of the envelopes!
What a great way to spend a rainy day and what a great lot of beautiful, creative ephemera.
You turned a grey, rainy day into such a wonderfully productive creative session. The way you rescued those little sticker pouches and transformed them into charming pockets is so clever, and the number stickers over the barcodes look intentional and fun. The envelopes are delightful too, especially the lined one with the bold black edging. All the pieces feel so usable and full of character, perfect for journals or future projects.
They came out beautiful and perfect to have ready to go for any project in the future Chrissy.
I think your day was well spent indeed! Mojo or no!!! Beautiful creations here.
