DAISY FOLDER CARD

 Hello everyone,

I know, I'm back again, gosh I've been busy and have quite a bit to show you, but first, my card I made for fun and using gorgeous dies to go along with new papers..

These gorgeous new papers I received for my birthday..
I know, I heard the sharp intake of breath..

I'll wait until we are all composed..

This sweet little die has so many bits to it to make one, but worth it..
From, Honey Bee Stamps - " Lovely layers Peonies "

so cut a few of them and ready to build my buds..

and these papers are the reason, see the buds in the background..
They match..

So I even went a bit further and made a mummy flower to go with the baby buds.

Along with leaves there are going on the tag..

Maybe I should have die cut a few more Peonies for the cover,
but went with a daisy die cut..mmm..

The front..

Inside..

opening the folded flap..

and inside a gorgeous retro lady..

Tag out...

another tag on the right with the daisy..
and side pocket on left.

with little buds

tags out..

Back to the front..

So there you go..

What a fun day...thank you so much for stopping by.
I'll see you again soon..

Luv CHRISSYxx

The papers are really pretty Chrissy. Your project is lovely. I have that peony die too and it does take a bit of making, but beautiful when finished.

Your folder card is wonderfully creative with the layered peonies, the matching papers, and the mix of tags, pockets, and retro imagery, and the combination of daisies and peony buds adds a lovely balance of whimsy and elegance throughout the entire project.

Beautiful, your design of it is just the coolest. I love the tags and how you tied them together with the ribbon, I remember doing that years ago and so neat to see it used again. The flowers are so gorgeous and like you said work perfectly with the papers, so fun to create with new goodies!
