SPRING TAG..

 Hello everyone,

I'm back already as I had such fun making some tags..

there were four of these pre cut tags in my box but one got accidently glued to my desk and I would rather not talk about how the heck I did that..so started with three tags.

I then stenciled Fossilized Amber( TH ) oxide ink

 through it here and there..

then die cut theses tulips and then had

 a go at sponging colour on them using more oxides

Glued the flowers in place ( Fossilized Amber again )

out came the butterfly drawer and picked this one..

then I made two more..coloured the same with oxides

Picked Raspberry, and Wilted Violet and 

matching butterflies..

added some ruffle gingham lace upside down for grass

along the bottom and black ribbon in the top tab..

This was my favourite and first tag so going to enter this one at Tag-along(and ATC's)

 Hello everyone,

It's Little Red Wagon time and I'm hostess this week with a fun and easy theme..

" INCLUDE AN ANIMAL "

another ATC day..old playing cards covered with leafy tissue paper.

adding PET stickers of Beard, red pandas and racoons.

The Bears were my absolute favourite as they fitted scene best..

He was sized for the trees from Gina K

and I made him, well, all of them, 

coming from behind the trees.

There's my three bears..

but of course I had to have six,

 so the other animals came out to play..

I like them and had fun with them but the bears won this time..

then there were six..

LEFTOVERS..DT

 Hello everyone,

LEFTOVERS. one of my most  favourite words in the craft room and fridge and also the theme for our new challenge over at Little Red Wagon that is the theme our fabulous hostess Imke has chosen for us.

A great theme and fabulous way to use up your stuff, those little bits of goodness that you pop into a box and say  I will use that one day, well today is the day..no matter how tiny your leftover is, we can always use it..AND..I followed a sketch I found.

first three photos are my base..

covering the packaging..

time to glue it all together..

one going the other way../

onto the base...three layers

little tiny tags from my stash of ephemeras

postage stamps ( TH )

and ended up with a thick and bulky and fun book card with layers and pockets and all that good stuff without cutting into large sheets, all with leftover bits..

packing turned into a front cover pocket holding tiny tag..

if any papers were a bit small they got split

re joined and covered by numbers of tag..

rustic and flowers go well together..

thick..

but still goes in envelope, just another dollar.

Stands up and no wind is going to blow this baby down..

and there she is..

I may have to keep this one as I really like it..

JUST A QUICKIE

 Hello everyone,

Hope you all had a good weekend..mine was super happy..

My grandson proposed in the middle of a photo shoot that my daughter was doing for him and his gorgeous girlfriend, neither girls had any idea so a very emotional time.

they are such lovely caring kids and I wish them all the happiness in the world..

So, moving on and drying my eyes again..

A request to make a load of " Thanks " sentiments

for cards at my sons shop as sometimes they don't want birthday but love a card..

DONE!

then of course I made cards..lol..

card one..

Die cut a heap of daisies ( Honey Bee Stamps )

leaves and centers..

until I had a tray of them..

The white butterflies is a die. plain, nothing on it, just plain white card stock, I made the dots on the wings using tiny little black gems, the ones I use for most seagulls eyes and gave them a black body..perfect.

So there you go..

short and sweet and I'll be back tomorrow with a DT project
