CHRISTMAS CANDLES..

Hello Everyone..

I have a card to share today using a candle die and I really love it..

I die cut the candle out in red..then die cut it again in cream to get the wax..

Die cut the pine branches...added pine cones, [ as you do ] and red frosted berries...

Simple plaid papers, green card stock, and the sentiment from Imagine That Digistamp..

Meanwhile in my wardrobe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Neighbours kitten [ 7 months old].. had kittens..poor wee mite and chose me as the mid wife..she must have been only 5 months old when she was ravaged by those awful tomcats..Mum and babies are doing fine and will have some nicer photos as they grow..I told the people who own her that for now she is mine as I need her to feed the babies..if they lock her up at night I will be down there to get her..Ooo, I was forceful, I scared myself..lol..

Thanks so much for stopping by...see you tomorrow..

Luv CHRISSYxx

Beautiful card Chrissy, love the die! You are a real advocate!!! That cat owner better watch out - I think you would take them on bare handed. WOW!!! I think I would be afraid to upset you. LOL. They should have kept the cat inside until they had her neutered if they didn't want to have kittens, duh! Now, they lock her up when she is a MOTHER a little late don't you think!!!!

Lovely holiday card. Red and green is so festive and the candles are such a great Christmas image. I just love that big plaid bow, so fun! Oh my gosh, the cuteness has taken over your post, kittens!!! That poor Mom, she's just a baby herself, thank goodness you are there to take care of the little ones. Looking forward to more pics! hugs :)

Fantastic card Chrissy, beautiful design and that candle die is gorgeous!
I think your neighbours might be keeping a very low profile for a while (if they have ANY sense..) you do sound a bit scary, don't blame you though it makes me angry too when people have pets and don't look after them properly, poor little cat is only a baby herself, lucky she has you to look after her and her babies.

Well done taking care of that new mum and her babies I am sure they will thrive with you looking after them. What a lovely card, the wax looks brilliant in the contrasting colour and the foliage is wonderful. No snow for me Chrissy 😭 but I live in hope!! xx

A gorgeous candle and a beautiful design. As for the adorable mum and babies, you are so right to keep them. Has she not heard of neutering?!!!! Cats will always go where they feel safe and she chose you. The Greeks say, that nobody really owns cats, they choose to live with who they want to live with. As for the previous owner, she has no rights if she can't look after her properly. So great that you stood your ground!!! Big hugs, Carol S.xxxx

That's really lovely, Chrissy - the candles look fabulous against that fresh, bright green and I love all the foliage. Bravo you on the kittens and cat battle - you're so right... they need their mother.
