Hello everyone,
Time for another new challenge over at As You Like It and this fortnight our theme is...
"FAVOURITE DOMESTIC ANIMAL " and not to forget to tell us why..
Now I shared that I had a bird a long time ago and he could talk the dictionary and my favoutie pet...BUT...he was in cage and although he like to kiss ya, my pet now is my cat, my beautiful white funny little cat who had 2 litters of kittens, one after she was fixed!!!!
Beautiful girl..
So I had already decided on a shaker slimline...
and splattered white ink over a dark navy panel..
Found all these silver stars in my hidden stash..
So filled my shaker with them and glued some in place so they would always be there..
Here they all are in different sizes at the bottom of the card...
Onto a THoltz 3D brick wall embossing folder.which I cut apart and added more bricks for more dimension..
Die cut a cat and gave a heart nose and google eyes..
And a die cut and PC printed sentiment....
There's the dimension shot...
And my finished card, Holly sitting on the wall terrifying me and torturing me into thinking she will jump down and go across the road..she looks over there then back at me, while I'm calmly saying,
" don't you dare"..
We are sponsored by Dies to Die For...
So do come share your favourite pets HERE ..
Thank you so much for stopping by...
I'll see you over the weekend..
Luv CHRISSYxx
Also, very proud about this....

such a fun card Chrissy. It's a beauty. Love all the sparkly stars. well done on your top 5
Awww Chrissy what a wonderful nod to your sweet Holly, she got lucky when she turned up at yours, I love the card and the sentiment. I did laugh at the story of her on the wall, this is the worse part of Cats, no control is there it scares the life out of me. I am still cat sitting Luna, they get back at midnight tonight and I will be doing a dance with relief haha.xx
Forgot to say congrats on the barn card, it was amazing, well done.xx
She is a cutie, oh wow a litter after being fixed! Love your starry night background for the card, great idea to glue some of the stars down and great dimension you added to the wall. Like her heart nose that is a cute touch!

I love how you gave that brickwall some dimension, a tip that might come to good use for one of my future cards. And great idea going with the shaker style for the stars.
I had a feeling it was going to be a cat for you and certainly understand what. What a sweet little shaker!
