FOUND A CHALLENGE..

 Hello everyone,

I found a challenge and always meaning to get organized and play but there is just not enough hours in my day, but this time I jumped straight in and I KNEW I had this oldie but goodie from Meljen designs to play with...

Here she is, all coloured up with markers and die cut into a frame....
but not for long..

I found this fun paper on the net..and as there are more sheep than humans here in New Zealand, I had to use it..

Then decide this little lass, in her denim overalls, needed to be fussy cut,
and nor too hard at all..

then die cut my fence and it really did start out straight..

But when I glue stuff down, not so much. looks good, but need some birds..

so die cut these little birds, glued the parts that needed gluing..

admired the crooked fence..and added the birds.

DONE!!..

Thank you so much for stopping by, hope your weekend is a great one..
I'll see you tomorrow..

luv CHRISSYxx

Love your little farm scene Chrissy, beautifully composed - the crooked fence is perfect= looks much better than a straight one would! xx

Chrissy: Thank you so much for coming to the farm!!! I hope you come back to visit often! This young gal looks ready to wander around the meadow, check the fence and check the sheep! Lots of little detailed pieces but well worth it with this finished scene! FARM-tastic! For FQCB, Becca

{P.S. Did you see that I have a spin-off blog that is 'anything goes that is farm or country'? It is called FarmQuest General Store challenge blog. Instead of challenges twice a month, FQGS runs for a month with the current one from Sept 7-Oct 5th. FQCB participants can enter (double-dip) their projects also over at FQGS. This increases your chances at bragging rights, too.}

Super cute! And I actually love how the fence didn't end up straight, I think it makes it look more like IRL and the birds are a fun addition as well.

What a great find of your sheep landscape on the internet, love your picket fence and love that you were able to include a bird on the fence. We are partnering with I Spy With My Little Eye and you have met our requirement at Double Trouble "Any Way You Punch It" using at least one die and have used Twisted Sister's optional twist to include an animal on a farm. If you enter your card in our challenge you will have earned three chances to our random drawing... hope to see you there. https://doubletroublechallenge.blogspot.com/2023/09/Challenge-148.html

Chrissy: Thanks so very much for also adding FQGS to your link-ups!!! You're farm gal is just having a wonderful day! She's OUT STANDING in her field! (I love a good pun!) --or maybe we should call it a meadow?!!? It would be terrific if you could make another delivery to the store before Oct 5th. --Becca

She is too cute and very happy to see the sheep :) the fence looks realistic, not too many I see are perfect. The birds are a nice touch too!
Wow you did a fabulous job cutting her out, my eyesight just can't do that very well anymore.

A gorgeous, fun card. Love the background and seeing a Meljens image. The fence looks great, itʻs just on uneven ground. Love this!

Super adorable image and scene. The addition of the little bird is so perfect. It adds to the scene and yet one might not think to add it. It is fantastic.
