Hello everyone,
Back with another cute booklet made from, CD sleeves and this time a nautical theme, my favourite, and they are shakers..
The usual beginning..
sorting the images and trimming down.
these papers are so beautiful and the perfect size..
This was my precise shaker, and shake as much as you like,
nothing is going to get out of this pouch.
Sorting out ephemera for the outside..
everything all ready to go..
and I weakened and bought this stamp set and
it just arrived..
outside getting their frames using some lovely pale greeny blue papers..
txt on this one..
Decided on mixed sequins to use up stash, each is going to have their own colours..
and there they are all filled and shaking..
No tag with these as they are sealed but gave them a number each..
Holes made and eyelets in place, once the eyelets were in sequins cannot get out.
and added the ephemera of anchors and lanterns and candles..
Added the rings to bind them together and made a gorgeous dangle with seahorses and silver shells anchors and starfish..

This the front and the dangle..
So there you go..they were so fun to make, I may even do some more, different theme, you never know..

Another stunning book design Chrissy! The photos are stunning and I love that you've made them into shakers! The details with the lovely charms is such a great idea! I've missed this Tim Holtz stamp set and now I need to check it out as it looks like a good one to have! Thanks for the inspiration friend!

Wowzer Chrissy this gets better and better I absolutely love those beautiful images also the lovely papers that you have used on the CD packet those added sequins are that make these shakers are spectacular it gives such a wonderful effect, that dangling charm also caught my attention, as most things do which is why I spend so much time here, lol, outstanding creativity

Absolutely LOVE this!!!! Everything about it is perfect - now I have to find some CD sleeves - LOL!!!
These are so lovely, I do like the shaker element to them, pretty colors. I have that stamp set too, you will like it for sure!
You will find yourself going back to that TH set over and over. I bought it after if first came out and have never regretted spending that money (like I sometimes do). Your shaker booklet is gorgeous. I have some CD cover and may just have to borrow your idea. Love this creation!
