COLOUR INSPIRATION....
Can you guess the colours?.............it is indeed blue and orange...
So here is my card using one of the new Christmas in July releases from Crafty Sentiments ..
Meet Jasmin..."Winter Skates"....
A new little character who is Afro Caribbean...
Coloured with Faber Castell pencils, and my first attempt at coloured skin...
Glittered up her gloves and pom pom on her hat....lovely to colour.Used a bit of black pen for her hair to make it a bit darker...
The side view...papers Authentique 'Gathering Collection'....

Great card Chrissy and I love the image. There is a lot of colouring on this image... when I look at it, I'm thinking it must have taken a bit of time to do up. The blue and orange are very striking together!

Hello my friend. I love this card. I think that you did a fantastic job on her face and your coloring. This is really darling and it makes me want to and play in the snow. :O) Of course I'll have to wait a couple more months as it has been around 90 to 100 degrees these last 2 weeks. Anyway, I hope that you are well and that your week is going good for you. By my calculations you should be about halfway done. Lucky girl! If I was halfway there I would only have one more day as it is my 3 day weekend. yay for me. Oh well just 2 & 1/2 more days and then I am so going to color up a storm.(at least those are my plans) Have a great day. hugs Lisa
