A SONG CAN CAUSE THIS..

Hello everyone..

I am guardian for my little Gran daughter so her Dad can come visit three days a week in the afternoon for 1/2 hours or so and it is working really well, and I get to see the little tot on a regular basis..
Any way I had her last Friday and we had YouTube on and we were singing...she garbled and I screeched so it was very entertaining..one song I had always loved was the Beatles singing the Octopus's garden song, so we sang that over and over and then I made this...

I have so many dies and just love using them for every project if I can..

I love under the sea projects, probably my favourite theme..

A water paint background again, I only have 5 colours and by mixing and matching find I don't really need anymore.

Micro beads, love them too...and vine dies from memory box going up!..

A closer view of those teeny tiny beads which go for miles, so I make sure I use my anti static bag thingy to stop the static..die cut shells from Marianne creatables..

The whole page sprayed with Imagine Sheer shimmer craft spray..

And here is the whole scene..I loved making this page too, page number 2..

Entering theses challenges..

Sometimes it's incredible what inspires us, whether it's a song, a painting, or someone's blog. This is a fabulous journal page, Chrissy and beautiful under-the-sea entry. I'm really impressed and will be singing that song all night, I fear. I agree you DO have a lot of dies and you certainly use them to your advantage. Thanks for sharing this beauty with us at Art Journal Journey.

I love your magical Octopus's garden... a great way to use those die-cuts on something other than a card - they look like they're having almost as much fun as you clearly did, both singing and creating!

This is just brilliant!

Love all the detail and the scene is perfect.

I work In a nursery school and we used to sing 'yellow submarine'. The kids loved it.
