TULIPS..BACKGROUND AND PUPPIES...

 Hello everyone,

Monday morning here while writing up this post, it is cloudy and cold and I love it..no cardy on just a T/shirt and trousers and my fluffy slippers, I'm not that brave or silly..

I have a card I made a wee while ago..and a fresh puppy picture, of course..

This background was smeared with texture paste, left to dry, then drizzled with

 Water and Distress inks..

There's a closer look at the textures..

I die cut these tulips and layered them up..

Added some inking for shading..

I lovely big sentiment from Simon Says, stamped with Wild Honey Distress ink,

 then embossed using Clear embossing powder..cut out with matching die..

Time for gems...

Great little set just keeps going and going..

Dimension shot..not too much..

and the finished card..6 x 8..

Time for puppies...4 days old, putting on weight and still very verbal..

and sooo cute..
