PROJECT ONE..SHIPWHEEL..

 Hello everyone,

So after my prep I spent the next day making my three cards...

Number one, is the sunken ships wheel...

The paper I use when spraying is a large paper pad with just cheap papers but make good backgrounds that dry nice and crunchy...this one cut into two pieces, one for the outside and one for the inside, then trimmed quite a bit..

Glued the papers down and using scissors with great caution, distressed the edges..
and added a large Happy Birthday die cut..

Kraft card for the bottom edge and sprayed it within an inch of it's life..

The front panel glued down..

And the border was nice and dry so added the wheel, plant and then a dose of moss..

A close up of the moss and glass bubbles that I scattered around..

Glued it down and had also added some splatters on the border with Vintage photo
ink, and gold ink, just to brighten it a little bit..

The dimension..none really..

And here it is, all done...
the inside too, but forgot to take a photo..

So one down two to go, so I will see you tomorrow..

Thank you so much for stopping by...

Fabulous, such wonderful atmosphere too Chrissy. I always used scissors to 'rough' up my edges, then bought one of the real deal things, trust me I prefer scissors :))
Look forward to seeing whats next.xx

so nice you had enough of the paper for both outside and inside, like how you laid everything out on the bottom1
