BOOK PAGES CONE FLOWERS..

 Hello everyone,

Well, my chooks caused quite a stir and I'm so very glad you liked them, I have two new followers too, so welcome to Annie 13 and Diane Hover, so glad you joined me, thank you..

Today I've settled down and have some book pages to share...with a difference.

I used an old book,,glue some pages together to give them a bit of oomph..

The die cut them out...

Layered book page and plain card stock alternately..

And inked them within an inch of their lives..

Then 3D this brick wall..

and it chewed my paper...

But not to worry, I cut it twice as I wanted it bigger, so cut that bit off..

and rejoined it...

My babies got some white spattering..

And a mossy trellis turned up...

and to think I didn't want to touch this stuff,
but I'm okay now with it..

Flowers were placed in position..
and looked a bit boring or uninteresting...so...

Out came an onion bag....

And I cut it..

into these manageable size pieces..

Then they got poked and arranged around the flowers..

Dimension baby....love it..

On went the dragon fly and we are done..

So there we go, thank you so much for stopping by..
I'll see you tomorrow..

Wow, these coneflowers are so beautiful (thanks to you I have bought them for in our garden). Great idea to use bookpapers too. Do you know that it's better to wetten your paper before 3D embossing it? Your dragonfly is a great touch!
