DIES CUTS..DT

 Hello everyone,

New fortnight beginning for As You Like It  and Wilma is hostess and the them for this fortnight is..

" FAVOURITE DIE " and I know we all have a favourite die and I also know that a lot of us love the same one..mine is this one..

But I'm so sorry to say, I cant remember where I got it from or who makes it..

Moving on,
I had this box, which was given to me and it smells beautiful, it had soaps in it and,
well, I could never throw this away, so recycled it..

and I also had these gorgeous pink Christmas papers..

popped one inside the box....

covered the front and added a frame..

Then filled a good amount of this now sealed box with sequins, baby pom poms, snowflakes and anything else I could get in there to make it shake..

There's the layer of fun stuff nestled down the bottom...

Then for the outside, I die cut this gorgeous Christmas bauble in pink,
inked it's edges, and added some greenery..

and cut this strips of gold card stock to hang them up

And then the fabulous sentiment went on..

and there we go...done.

our fabulous sponsor..

So do come and join us HERE and share your favourite die and do not forget
to tell us why..

Thank you so much for stopping by today..
I'll see you tomorrow..

luv CHRISSYxx

I have that die and bought it from Amazon a few years ago, I think, or it could be ebay, one of those for sure. Anyways, I love your box, its super pretty and why on earth would anyone chuck it out, especially smelling so nice too. xx

A beautiful festive shaker Chrissy, kind of like a snow globe but in a box, so pretty- and great upcycling too.

Great recycling of that box, Chrissy. Love the shaker part and it looks like if the baubles are smiling.
