Hello everyone,
It is Wednesday and time for a new challenge over at Little Red Wagon and this week our lovely Kate is hostess and her theme " Just the Way you Are " - ( celebrate someone love, birthday etc )
For my project I made a card using up a stash of lace trim..and papers older than I am..
These flower trims are so popular now, I remember them years ago
and so happy to see them again with so many different colours.
My card is like a pocket..
with this little tag inside decorated with die cuts of
dresses and purses and an even smaller tag with the bow threaded through..
and a tiny little strawberry charm dangling off it.
even added a bunch of the flowers I cut off very carefully onto the waist line of the dress.
As for making the panel to be able to stand I made this contraption, right or wrong the panel can stand, good enough in my book..
So there we go..
Come join us HERE
Thank you so much for stopping by..
See you soon..
luv CHRISSYxx

Wow, you have used very old papers, but they are beautiful (just as you are). Those flower trims are gorgeous, just as your card is. Love all the details.

So pretty and feminine Chrissie, love the die cut dress and the dainty flower trim, the tiny strawberry charm is so sweet. xx
So lovely! Those flowers are so pretty and I adore that strawberry charm!
Oh my that trim really dresses up that card nicely, such pretty paper to go with them and I love the sheer ribbon on the tags with that cute strawberry charm! Pretty touch adding the flowers to the dress too, great idea to make a stand for it :)
The mix of vintage papers, lace trim, and those tiny floral accents creates such a charming, nostalgic feel. The pocket design works beautifully, especially with the layered tags and that sweet little strawberry charm adding a playful touch. The dress die cut looks lovely with the added flowers at the waist, and your standing panel solution is clever and seamless. A wonderfully feminine and thoughtfully detailed project.
Gorgeous, Chrissy!!! Love everything about this beauty...and that easel to make it stand up...what a nice touch!!!
What a gorgeous easel set!! I've never seen that flower trim before. It's gorgeous and works so wonderfully well on your beautiful set!
I would describe this card as dreamy. It has a light and airy feel to it that is just exquisite. Iʻm happy to see that little flower trim back to. I love all the ways you can use it.
