WHO LIVES UNDER THE SEA..

 Hello everyone,

You will be so pleased to hear that my Swan... two frogs, one bull rush and some Lili pads along with the flowers made it onto a couple of card fronts yesterday, oh, I was so happy..But for today I'm sharing my Sea turtle..

And it all began when I made the anchor for my Sebastian card..and  lots of photos and chitter chatter...sorry.

After layers of spraying and moving the die cuts around with the heat gun while drying...
I had a background..

and a cool anchor..

So set too and die cut my two piece turtle..

I heavily dry embossed him by adding extra card stock to make his shell marked..

found papers and ran the ink pad around the edges as it took too long to use a dauber..
Plus, it gave the same look as one of the edges!!..

I die cut my oval using my papers and matted in kraft..
added the turtles shell and think he looks awesome..

Another Anchor needed so maybe another background..

This one was harder to make, the inks would play nice...
I think it was different card stock!

I don't usually show the inside of my cards cause I forget, but all my cards look like this..
I glue the panel inside...done.

So going through my stash looking for something else,
I came across these clay balls I made, and this old tree bark that an old
lady peels off her tree and gives it too me when I pass..I save it and make sure it is bug free, very dry, and safe before I use it, so this lot must be at least 3 years old..

So onto my base...I added bark for a sea bed...some clay pearls?...
and bits of onion bag netting...I really had to tell myself that is is okay to cut the bag, I have loads of them but just found it hard to cut, but glad I did..

Added micro pearls too...

AND, look what else I found, a container of starfish, oh joy..

So one of those went on, they pretty brittle so you have to be a bit gentle..
Yea..I wasn't and snapped his leg off..

Anyway, it came together well and easy, and just need a sentiment...

Plus we had to check the dimension..

And here is he, all done, with a little bit of moss growing on the anchor..

And an arty shot because I can...sometimes...

So there we go...
Thank you so much for stopping by..

I have two cards to make in the next couple of days and they sound tricky, so finger crossed..
